My main language for writing fast and reliable software is rust. I have experience in developing a wide range of software in rust e.g. webservers, cli tools or embedded software.

TypeScript is my languages of choice for small projects. I use it mostly for web servers and in the browser.

In combination with tailwindcss Vue.js is my preferred framework for web frontends. My expertise ranges from small websites only using Vue.js to complex PWAs requiring multiple stores and routers.

To ease development, testing, delivery and deployment all my software is build as container native.

Most of my software requiring data storage is using relational databases. I have experience in designing and querying fully normalized PostgreSQL and MySQL / MariaDB databases.

I have used graphQL mainly for apps that need a data store but no server-side business logic. For these applications I was able to quickly build high quality database connections using Hasura.

When designing web APIs, I make sure they are RESTful to ensure horizontal scaling and intuitive usage.

As a DevOps enthusiast, I bring expertise in Linux server setup and management and utilizing CI/CD tools like GitLab-CI and GitHub Actions to streamline development workflows. Additionally, I have hands-on experience in configuring Kubernetes clusters and a strong inclination towards GitOps principles for efficient and reliable infrastructure management.

Task automation lies at the core of my skill set, and I excel in harnessing the power of Bash and Python to streamline workflows and boost productivity. With a deep understanding of both scripting languages, I craft efficient and robust automation scripts to tackle repetitive tasks, reduce manual intervention, and enhance overall efficiency.
